Hi there, everyone. I hope it has been a good week for you – very busy but very good here! We did dip down to the upper 30’s one morning this week in Houston. I understand that is nothing for many of you, but to me, that is almost colder than I can bear. We have highs in the mid-70’s today, and I told my husband it makes me feel happy to know it is November and to see the hibiscus in bloom! Hi everyone…the Snoop is back from a wonderful T+L Conference in Seattle. The weather was gorgeous and sunny cool, and the conference itself was buzzing and a great success. I enjoyed seeing many of you there and also enjoyed the National School Boards Foundation dinner at the Canlis restaurant—beautiful view, amazing food and wine, wonderful company, great conversations and a lot of laughs, too. I had to make a number of promises about “off the record” things I heard—you know who you are! But it was just a wonderful evening all the way around and a wonderful way to support the impressive work of the foundation.
